Gladys Hardy on the Ellen Degeneres ShowRachel put this up on her Facebook page and it is just another example of how much she rocks. I'm sure I'm the last person to see this, but damn I almost peed. I'm pretty sure Ellen almost peed. Apparently, Gladys is now a regular on Ellen, but I'm sure she's never been as funny.
